Chip temperature is not ambient temperature. CPU percentages come from idle-task runtime samples. Alerts are advisory: chip ≥80 °C warning / ≥95 °C critical, free internal RAM <20 KB, or a CPU core ≥90%. These indicators do not certify machine safety.

Connect your next machine

Use a fleet-enabled controller with its own device ID and MQTT credentials. Each machine needs separate broker access.

  1. Provision unique controller credentials and firmware.
  2. Connect the controller to the internet.
  3. It appears here after its first MQTT report.
  4. Set its name, machine type and location.

A new machine cannot use the existing controller's credentials. Filling/vending production metrics require the matching machine firmware.
